Tracy Dodd is a Senior Culture Strategist with Culture Partners where she works with clients to develop and execute culture strategies that align their organizational purpose, vision, and key results.

With more than 30 years of experience across financial services, fintech, software technology, luxury retail, and healthcare, Tracy helps organizations enable business results through a focus on culture, employee experience, and leadership capability. She has a passion for leading change and positively disrupting the way organizations implement people strategies.

Most recently, she served as the Chief Talent Officer at Kyndryl, the world’s largest tech start-up, where she led the execution of an integrated global talent and culture strategy. Prior to Kyndryl, Tracy was the Chief People Officer (CPO) for VNS Health, one of the largest not-for-profit home and community-based healthcare organizations in the U.S., where she was responsible for reimagining the people function and organizational culture to support an innovative growth strategy and goal to become the obvious choice for clinicians working in home and community-based care. Tracy previously held leadership roles as the Chief Talent Officer at Tiffany & Co.; Senior Vice President, Global Talent Management at Mastercard; Head of Global Talent at the multinational software company CA Technologies; and several VP roles at JPMorgan Chase.

Tracy received an Executive Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology with a specialty in Change Leadership from Columbia University, and a graduate level Coaching Certification from Columbia Teacher’s College and Columbia Business School. Tracy is an Agile HR Certified Practitioner and holds numerous industry certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Human Capital Strategist (HCS), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
